This smoothie is just jam-packed full of goodness, and it's super yummy as well as super healthy! Carrots are said to protect against cardiovascular disease and they are stuffed with Vitamin A, oranges are brimming with Vitamin C, and turmeric is a truly excellent source of several beneficial elements- some of our friends in the East even believe that regular inclusion of turmeric in your diet helps to keep cancer at bay!
All we suggest is substituting out the salt for a few drops of Fun Soy Lemongrass for that special added (low sodium!) tangy dimension of flavour!
