Since 1937, 24th February has been celebrated in Mexico as their national flag day. Or for those of us who speak the lingo, their Día de la Bandera. So we thought we would take the opportunity to share an unusual take on just one of the many incredible and flavoursome dishes brought to us by our Hispanic friends from all over the world!
There are endless variations on the classic Chilli Con Carne depending upon where you go, and this particular one is made with chicken or turkey chorizo rather than minced beef. It's super tasty, and can only be improved upon with the addition of lashings of smoky spicy Fun Soy Chipotle!
